Christian Bryant returns to help lead the Big Ten's top secondary. Bryant is a very talented safety who enters his senior season with 22 starts under his belt, including starting every game last season for the undefeated Buckeyes. He finished second on the team with 70 tackles, and he also recorded an interception and two forced fumbles.

The biggest knock on Bryant is size. At 5'10", he is slightly undersized as a safety. However, he is very instinctive and has solid athleticism. This allows him to make plays around the field and direct his teammates to their proper positions. These smarts and football IQ should help him earn a roster spot on a NFL team. His draft stock has the potential to rise if he can expand his game and become a more consistent playmaker at safety.
