Dwight Howard finally gets to go where he will be happy (for the moment).

Howard gets his dream of being paid as the top dog but doesn't have to be the No. 1 option with James Harden as the man in charge. He should excel in the pick and roll and benefit from Chandler Parsons' ability to out from three point land which will make it hard for teams to double him.

Having one of the best if not the best post up player in NBA history as a coach in Kevin McHale. McHale has a knack for developing talented big men (just ask Kevin Garnett). Hakeem "The Dream" Olajuwon won't hurt either by helping Howard mold his game.
