Rookie head coach Matt LeFleur led the Packers to 13 victories, matching their win total of the previous two seasons combined and landing just one game short of the Super Bowl. However, some key cogs will need to be replaced as Blake Martinez, Bryan Bulaga and Jimmy Graham all departed via free agency. QUARTERBACK: Aaron Rodgers/Tim Boyle/Manny Wilkins
Money Invested: $23.004M | Percentage of Cap: 11.6% | Need Level: LOW
Overview: The Packers have Rodgers under control until 2024 and he has shown no signs of regression or intentions to retire.
RUNNING BACK: Aaron Jones/Jamaal Williams | Depth: Damarea Crockett/Dexter Williams/Tyler Ervin
Money Invested: $6.672M | Percentage of Cap: 3.4% | Need Level: MEDIUM
Overview: Jones and Williams have proven to be a productive and relatively cheap tandem who are both under contract through next season. The Packers could look to add here in the draft if they don’t intend to roll out the cash for the talented duo.
FULLBACK: Elijah Wellman
Money Invested: $0.610M | Percentage of Cap: 0.3% | Need Level: MEDIUM
Overview: Dan Vitale left for the Patriots in free agency and Wellman will step into that vacated role.
WIDE RECEIVER: Davante Adams/Devin Funchess/Allen Lazard | Depth: Jake Kumerow/Marquez Valdes-Scantling/Equanimeous St. Brown/Darrius Shepherd/Reggie Begelton/Malik Taylor/Kabion Ento
Money Invested: $24.257M | Percentage of Cap: 12.2% | Need Level: HIGH
Overview: The addition of Devin Funchess helps but the Packers should continue to look for a more bonafide option opposite Davante Adams to keep defenses honest.
TIGHT END: Marcedes Lewis/Jace Sternberger/Robert Tonyan/Evan Baylis
Money Invested: $4.632M | Percentage of Cap: 2.3% | Need Level: HIGH
Overview: The Packers should look to compliment the veteran Marcedes Lewis with a younger, pass-catching option to work the seam for Aaron Rodgers and to make up for the little production Jimmy Graham did provide.
OFFENSIVE TACKLE: David Bakhtiari/Rick Wagner | Depth: Alex Light/Cody Conway/Yosh Nijman
Money Invested: $21.549M | Percentage of Cap: 10.9% | Need Level: LOW
Overview: The Packers signed Rick Wagner to replace Bryan Bulaga and shore up that right side of the line opposite one of the best in the league in David Bakhtiari.
OFFENSIVE GUARD: Elgton Jenkins/Billy Turner | Depth: Lane Taylor/Lucas Patrick/John Leglue
Money Invested: $17.012M | Percentage of Cap: 8.6% | Need Level: LOW
Overview: Lane Taylor’s job was stolen last season when he went down and Elgton Jenkins slid in and emerged as a promising young guard for the Pack.
CENTER: Corey Linsley/Cole Madison
Money Invested: $11.256M | Percentage of Cap: 5.7% | Need Level: LOW
Overview: Linsley remains one of the most consistent centers in the league.
DEFENSIVE LINE: Dean Lowry/Kenny Clark/Tyler Lancaster | Depth: Montravius Adams/Kingsley Keke/James Looney
Money Invested: $16.095M | Percentage of Cap: 8.1% | Need Level: HIGH
Overview: Lowry and Clark remain solid contributors along the defensive line, but the Packers could look to add another five-technique to slide in opposite Lowry.
EDGE RUSHER: Za’Darius Smith/Preston Smith/Rashan Gary | Depth: Greg Roberts/Randy Ramsey/Tim Williams
Money Invested: $36.521M | Percentage of Cap: 18.4% | Need Level: LOW
Overview: The Packers made an obvious effort to improve their pass rush last offseason and boy did it pay off. The Smith tandem along with Rashan Gary proved to be a formidable unit and are all under contract through at least 2023.
LINEBACKER: Christian Kirksey/Oren Burks
Money Invested: $5.105M | Percentage of Cap: 2.6% | Need Level: HIGH
Overview: Kirksey was signed as a replacement for Blake Martinez but has struggled to stay on the field. The Packers love their dime and quarter packages but depth is still necessary here.
CORNERBACK: Jaire Alexander/Kevin King/Josh Jackson | Depth: Chandon Sullivan/Ka’dar Hollman/DaShaun Amos
Money Invested: $9.325M | Percentage of Cap: 4.7% | Need Level: MEDIUM
Overview: Green Bay defensive coordinator Mike Pettine loved his dime and quarter packages last season. If he wants to continue deploying those packages, the Packers will need to add more valuable contributors here.
SAFETY: Adrian Amos/Darnell Savage | Depth: Raven Greene/Will Redmond
Money Invested: $13.996M | Percentage of Cap: 7.1% | Need Level: LOW
Overview: Amos and Savage showed promise in their first season together and could emerge as one of the top safety duos in the league.
KICKER: Mason Crosby | Money Invested: $4M | Percentage of Cap: 2% | Need Level: LOW
PUNTER: JK Scott | Money Invested: $0.804M | Percentage of Cap: 0.4% | Need Level: LOW
LONG SNAPPER: Hunter Bradley | Money Invested: $0.769M | Percentage of Cap: 0.4% | Need Level: MEDIUM
