Christina Phillips, Precision Sports Management
Precision Sports Management Group is a full service sports management firm with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to building successful, long-lasting careers on and off the field. Christina gained her designation from the NFLPA as an agent in 2005 and has built a wide client base since forming Precision Sports in 2008. She formerly worked at the agency Domann & Pittman and now owns her own firm, Precision Sports Management. She has negotiated several multiyear, multimillion-dollar deals for veteran clients, including a five-year, $39.3 million deal with the Rams in 2013 for tight end Jared Cook, who is now with the Raiders.

Adam Seifer, Enter Sports Management
Adam is an NFLPA-certified agent who has represented athletes on and off the field for nearly 10 years and has practiced as a licensed attorney for almost two decades. Active in the Charlotte community, Adam serves on the Board of Directors of the Steve Smith Family Foundation and, together with the Foundation, has co-sponsored awareness events directed at preventing and stopping domestic violence. Nathan Shackelford, Higher Calling Sports
After obtaining both an undergraduate and master’s degree from Texas A&M, Nathan enrolled in law school at Southern Methodist University where he focused on contract and sports law while also serving on the executive board for the school’s Sports and Entertainment Law Association. After looking into the field and working alongside an accomplished NFL agent, Nathan felt called to create an agency that was not only focused on helping players on and off the field, but also in their spiritual lives. Nathan believes that each and every person has a unique value and calling by God and he sees his role as helping men accomplish the most they can on a field to empower them to use the gifts that God has given them. He strives to create a deep relationship with each of the players he represents and considers each one a personal friend. Nathan is married to his beautiful wife Sarah and currently lives in Dallas, TX.

Joshua Stevens, DEC Management
Joshua Stevens started his career in professional sports while attending The University of Maryland, working for the front office of the Washington Wizards. After graduating with a B.A. in Political Science in 1999, he took a position in New York as a Paralegal Supervisor at the prestigious law firm of Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto. While attending St. John’s University School of Law, Josh was heavily involved in the Sports & Entertainment Law Society and authored various papers on the legal issues agents are faced with in their profession. Josh is admitted to the New York State Bar and was licensed by the NFLPA as a contract advisor in 2005. He’s had offers to work for prestigious law firms in New York but his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for working with professional athletes led him to dedicate his career to the sports industry. He is also a solo practitioner in the field on criminal defense law. He was born on Miami Beach and was raised in Manhattan where he currently resides.
Scouting Report: I have known Josh since the first NFL Draft Bible publication in 2002 and used to live in the same neighborhood during my time in NYC, so he’s like a brother to me. His expertise and experience runs deep.

Today he works with agents, scouts, coaches, all-star game officials, players and their parents and others across the industry. He lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and two sons.

EVENTS
Educating Athletes is a non-profit program with an unprecedented youth enrichment and educational initiative for disadvantaged high school athletes that have the potential of earning athletic college scholarships. The program is operated by a staff of professional recruiters, coaches, educators and individuals who have mentored over 500 high school athletes through the process of achieving college scholarships and becoming productive members of their community. In partnership with NFL/NBA players, college coaches, recruiters, and non-profit organizations like Athletes in Action, we have designed a program that addresses the physical, mental and spiritual development of our students. This program allows a minimal investment for a student-athlete to be converted into a four or five-year scholarship worth over $250,000.
