Overview: An athletic, instinctive linebacker who is quick to fill the gaps and stuff the run, Taylor has been used in an array of ways during his time at Lyon College. The uber productive tackling machine has played at both inside and outside linebacker, in addition to nickelback in sub-packages, demonstrating the versatility to line up at multiple spots on the field. Taylor showcases excellent agility and change of direction, which allows him to take direct pursuit angles to the ball carrier. A highly productive, lunch-bucket type, the Texas native could bulk up and stay at linebacker or move to safety at the next level, while making an immediate impact on special teams.
