Serritella: Top 10 CB Rankings (Pre-Combine)

NFL Draft Bible Founder Ric Serritella ranks the top 10 cornerbacks for the 2018 NFL Draft heading into the scouting combine. The versatile Minkah Fitzpatrick could play a variety of the roles at the next level depending on the team and scheme, regardless, he is a top five overall player in the 2018 NFL Draft. Speedsters Denzel Ward out of Ohio State and LSU burner Donte Jackson could be two of the fastest players during the week in Indy. With a heavier league-wide emphasis on passing, there has been an uptick on how many cornerbacks have been selected over the past few years. From 31 in 2015, to 32 in 2016 and 34 in 2017, look for that trend to continue once again in 2018 with the depth in this year’s class.
